2. Services & Scope
Services provided by SoloStack may include IT support, managed services, consulting, and web development. Exact scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual agreements or proposals.
3. Payments
- All services are billed as agreed in writing
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- No refunds unless explicitly stated in writing
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain access credentials securely
- Respond to requests in a timely manner
5. Intellectual Property
All custom work remains property of the client upon full payment unless otherwise stated. SoloStack retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
SoloStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, downtime, or financial loss.
We build strong systems — but no system is invincible.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services based on agreed notice terms. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
